Executive Chef

Todd Mark Miller

Todd Mark Miller brings more than 15 years of prolific industry experience as Executive Chef at Zylo Hoboken. Chef Miller’s creative approach to the craft of cooking meshes perfectly with Zylo’s seasonal, Italian-inspired concept.

Miller’s career first took off at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas as Sous Chef at famed restaurateur Jean Georges Vongerichten’s steak house Prime. Miller would join Four Seasons Mandalay Bay shortly thereafter, establishing their culinary presence in the Maldives and Singapore. Demand for his creative vision would take him to the East Coast and then back to Vegas in 2011 to develop She, a new steak house concept by actress Eva Longoria. Up until joining Zylo in 2014, Miller served as Executive Chef at Michael Jordan’s Steak House in Mohegan Sun Casino.
